The Gaz 67 was the Soviet equivalent of the Willys Jeep, designed to fulfil the light cross-country liaison & reconnaissance role. This general purpose 4-wheel drive vehicle went into production in Sept. '43 and continued with slight mechanical improvements from Jan. '44 as the Gaz 67B until 1953.
